It has been my experience over the past five years of counseling
people on how to eat and live a healthier lifestyle, that the
number one factor that seems to get in the way is knowing how
to cook healthier foods.
In fact, only 10% out of the people that I have seen throught
the years have attended my cooking class programs and it is those
people that have experience greater results.
Many books have been written in the subject and nowadays even
DVD's are available.
The problem with books is that they have no visual practical
lessons and the problem with most DVD's is that usually, they
take place in commercially equiped kitchen, full of all kinds
of fancy gadgets where the aspirant finds him/herself watching
a cooking show or performance more than an educational cooking
class.
