New Fee Policy = No Fees!

Integral Nutrition is now Integral Nutrition - Inner Yoga Ashram and soon will be registered as a IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

We have been feeling to do this for a while and now is the time. We asked Babaji for his opinion and he approved it. Interesting enough, he never called our place your business or your center, he always reffered to it as "Your Ashram" so we might as well function as one.

We don't want people to be under the illusion that this is a business, not that there is anything wrong with businesses, but a business has one goal and that is profits and the profits are to be enjoyed by the owners of such business, making him/her 100% responsible for all expenses and gains.

If you can't afford the services a business provides, unfortunately you are not to receive such services.

So, what to do?

By honoring the traditions of Yoga, we have decided to operate as a donation-base only with the hope that those of you, who have not been able to come because were not able afford it, will be able to take advantage of our services/classes.

We also want people to be more open hearted and less money oriented, not that there is anything wrong with money, but we want people to give, not based on a fee chart, but based on how the service, class or experience has helped them.

Is it to idealistic? maybe

What if it doesn't work? It will simply mean that it was not needed and/or appreciated in this community, no hard feelings, nothing personal, is just what is.

Best of all, any donation you make, will be deducted from your taxes at the end of the year.

One question We asked the IRS was:

Can I start receiving contributions before Form 1023 is approved? Generally, yes. The IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is usually retroactively effective to the earlier of 1) the organization's legal formation or 2) the commencement of its programs. This means that the organization's activities are retroactively tax-exempt and donations are retroactively tax-deductible to the donor, extending even to prior tax years. Under certain circumstances, IRS tax-exemption may only be retroactive to the date of the filing of Form 1023.

How to make a donation?

Whether you do it by cash, check, credit card at our place, through the phone or online, we will send you a receipt for you to keep track and deducted from your taxes at the end of the year.
