Borned in Venezuela where he began his studies in oriental diagnosis and nutrition. He has attended oriental nutrition, cooking and counseling seminars internationally. Ricardo has studied at the Kushi Institute of Macrobiotics in Europe, the International School of Shiatsu in Spain, the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City, the Institute of Chinese Herbology in Oakland, CA and is certified as a Traditional Chinese Nutrition Counselor by Maoshing NI, author of Tao of Nutrition and co-founder of Yo-San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
