Didgeridoo Sessions!

Integral Nutrition is hosting didgeridoo classes and jams with Ricardo on Monday Nights from 7:30 - 8:30pm (class) 8:30 - 9:30pm (Jam)

Ricardo has been playing the didgeridoo since 1992 when he visited Australia.

When in Australia he had the oportunity to share some time with an aborigine who used to perform with the didgeridoo in Sydney near the opera house. Since then Ricardo has been playing and sharing with others in many countries the art of playing the didgeridoo. He hopes to have the chance to share it with you someday!
