How can you eat healthy without knowing what to shop for?

Next Tour will take place on December 2nd from 11-12:30pm at ShopRite in Warwick, NY.

Join Ricardo as he will share with you his knowledge about all the different products and brands that we have available these days. Let him help you demystify the art of healthy grocery shopping.

Participants will receive a shopping list that includes recommended foods and food's brands, and a chart with the energetic properties of foods based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
